I am writing this because I am in awe of my team! I had a borrower that we had been trying to get her under contract for almost 8 months and had put in 11 offers, and finally landed a contract by putting in a 21 day offer. Now that in itself is an amazing feat but my team took it to another level by completing a SETH loan in just 21 days from contract to close! I simply cannot thank Linnette Willeford enough for the efforts and help in making this awesome feat happen! Without Linnette, my team would not have been able to pull this off. She helps with things like this and so much more!

The even better part is we got the contract the day before we all left for the Cancun trip and we are closing on 10/31/2016!! Everyone including Kelly Green, Katy Banner, Rick Morgan, Linnette Willeford, Ava LoBianco, and Dana Hinson all had a part in helping us achieve this feat!
