Exceeded Expectations and Performed Exceptionally

I wanted to give notoriety to the team that has helped me through onboarding and my first file.

 Simply put I submitted my first file last Tuesday and got clear to close today.

 The impact to be able to transition companies whilst getting a clear to close in under 2 weeks is unheard of and a super recruiting tool.

 There have been so many people that have helped, I will not name them all, but EVERY team member I have worked with has exceeded expectations and performed exceptionally.

 Please pass my thanks and praise to everyone, blessed to be part of such a great tactical team.

Really Grateful and Thankful for The Benchmark Team

Guys, 

I just wanted to thank everyone for their help on this file.  This client came in and signed docs this past Saturday and it funded on Monday.  They were so grateful they were in literal tears for about 10 minutes.  The seller had let them move in based on the prior lenders word that it would be fine and they were in the process of being evicted by the seller and obviously they were beyond freaked out.  It was a very tough loan and everyone here helped figure it out.  I’m just really grateful and thankful for the Benchmark team and everyone that helped us…

I Would Never Want to Work for Another Mortgage Company

I am so thankful that we followed our heart and joined our Benchmark Family exactly 7 years today!  I was at a closing today and a last minute addendum came up and the attorney advised the client that it would have to go back through underwriting and we would have to close early next week.  I felt confident enough at the closing table to say nope I got this… So a phone call to my processor Nicole back to Jackie, back to Velma at closing and then to Jody at funding.  Bam and it was done!  They couldn’t believe it and my clients were so unbelievably thankful!  I picked up a very good agent on the listing side and they were all in shock as well as the closing attorney that handled the closing.  I just wanted to thank our processor Nicole Ciello for always making things happen and for Jackie Henning, Velma Gray and Jody Price for making this happen for me today!  That’s one of the reasons why I would never want to work for another mortgage company.  Happy Holidays!

We Bailed Everyone Else Out and Were Not Left Blamed

Borrower signed CD uploaded. Thank you. Many thanks for the assistance on making this get done today. Top agent’s daughter. I am sure you hear little quips like that all of the time… but it is true, and much appreciated. Not our (Benchmark’s) fault for the time crunch, but we bailed everyone else out and were not left holding the bag of blame.

Big Shout-out to Our Closers and Funders

I just want to give a big shout out to our closers and funders.  We are throwing so many last minute deals at them and they are rocking it!!  Not only did we just get a file CTC’d this morning that locked 10/21, but we’ve also got those NIFA HBA loans to deal with.  Dinora is learning that program, which takes a ton of patience and many changes back and forth.  We also continue to hear from our title companies how much they love working with our funders, so it’s kudos all around!

 We really enjoy working with everyone on both teams and want to be sure they know that.  Since we’ve joined BM, everyone has been so helpful to get our deals to the finish line without delays.  We know that we’ve been pushing them to the limit lately, but we appreciate all their hard work and late hours!!
