Exceeded Expectations and Performed Exceptionally

I wanted to give notoriety to the team that has helped me through onboarding and my first file.

Simply put I submitted my first file last Tuesday and got clear to close today.

The impact to be able to transition companies whilst getting a clear to close in under 2 weeks is unheard of and a super recruiting tool.

There have been so many people that have helped, I will not name them all, but EVERY team member I have worked with has exceeded expectations and performed exceptionally.

The Rare Early File is Real

Robby, thank you so much! Rare to get a file done early these days, isn’t it?

Heidi has done a fabulous job of keeping us all informed!! And Malene has made this a very pleasant transaction for both sides.

The seller is 85 and this has been a very difficult move for her. 3 of her children have arranged vacation time to come to closing with her, pack her and move her. She just can’t do it herself, and they couldn’t reschedule their vacation time away from jobs to pull up the closing and move. But thank you all for giving her the opportunity… in most cases, this would be a welcome surprise.

Appreciate everyone’s help and patience with this.
