Our fabulous underwriter Delisha, at 6 am Pacific and now by 7:15, completed our resub, and Brandon got us an exception to draw the CD.  All before I am even at the office.  I now have no stress today, can call my client and agent, and tell them that we completed.  I would not have gotten this done this quick at any other mortgage company.  I am glad I called Ryan back in July, life is good.
