I am super satisfied with the level of service that Benchmark’s IT department gives. Eric Lan always goes above and beyond to help with our tech issues. Actually, he made a special point to follow up on an issue from Friday where we had to call the local IT to look at a possible bad hard drive. He fits the Core Values that Benchmark lives by!
