Recently I was in competition on a loan with another bank.  It was a 3% down program with many caveats causing issues.  Marshall worked with me on guidelines for over 30 minutes and helped me determine the best plan for the client.  He also emailed me the next day on a potential roadblock I might encounter with this client on one of the programs.
