I wanted to take a minute to share with you something that I heard today. 

I spoke with Richard Maddux earlier today and invited him, along with other appraisers, to a brain picking session/appreciation luncheon.  Mr. Maddux was eager to share with me that Denise Graham is “his favorite in the industry”.   He talked about how pleasant she is to work with and that  “she definitely knows her stuff”.  He was very complimentary on Benchmark as a whole. 

I’ve only spoken to Denise a couple of times and I have to agree that she is so easy and pleasant to work with.
