Benchmark never ceases to amaze.  We received a purchase contract ratified on 1/2/17.  We got the CTC today [1/16/17] @ 11:43 ET.   That is 14 days from ratification to CTC.   Kudos to my OPS team; Cindy & Melissa, and our Underwriter Juley Zacherson!!!
