Brandi Chambers, Benchmark Controller in Accounting is praising Scott Tran, Systems Analyst in IT and Victor Strickland, Servicing Operations Manager in Loan Servicing.

“Scott and Victor make things happen,” said Chambers.

“They’re integral in the roll out of Loan Vision this Fall. They are both very busy, but have made time to research and correct issues with this system, and others. We’ll be 100% automated.”

Chambers applauds Scott & Victor for their work on the customer payment portal that rolled out in early 2021. “We were receiving so many payments,” said Chambers. “It was overwhelming and we needed a solution to manage the volume. Thanks to them it’s an automated process from the bank now and we’re taking payments electronically. Before, customers had to mail in checks!”

Chambers exclaimed that Scott & Victor are still doing a lot of the manual processes. “The amount of hands on work is incredible.”

It’s noteworthy to mention that Victor Strickland was promoted recently, coming from accounting.

“They both always step in and help,” said Chambers. “The IT, servicing, and accounting knowledge Scott has is remarkable. He wears so many hats!”
